You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. This cancellation will be subject to a restocking fee of 20.00 USD.

You can change your order within 24 hours of placing it.
Refunds are not available except in the following cases:
- The order does not arrive at all.
- You placed the order just 24 hours ago!
- If the product has been washed or damaged and you wish to return it, we cannot return it.
- But if the product is clean, we will refund you to an extent after seeing the product.
- After ordering the product, we make it special for the customer. The product is made on customer demand.
- At the time of order we kindly ask the customer to follow our policy.
- We make rules and facilities to guide ourselves and our customers first so that there is no problem in the work later.
